We are excited to announce that a new feature package is now live in GalleryTool! These latest updates are designed to make your artworks even more visually striking, while allowing collectors and prospective buyers to reach your gallery or portfolio almost instantly.
Here is a detailed breakdown of what’s new:
1. Displaying Multiple Photos on Your Website: While you could already upload multiple photos per artwork into the system (e.g., detail shots, frames, signatures, or the back of the piece), these photos can now be displayed directly on your website! This gives prospective buyers a more comprehensive view of each artwork without having to request additional images.
2. Adding Phone Numbers to Your Website and Online Portfolio / Showroom: Fast communication is crucial in the art market. You can now feature a contact phone number on both your public website and your online Showroom/portfolio, allowing you to connect with interested buyers via direct phone call in addition to email.
3. Generating External QR Codes for Online Portfolios (PDF Templates): Connecting physical and digital spaces is essential at exhibitions and art fairs. We’ve added the Smart label + QR code (public link) option to our PDF templates, enabling you to generate labels featuring a QR code that links directly to your online Portfolio/Showroom in just a few clicks. Scanning the code takes visitors straight to your digital portfolio on their mobile devices. (Note: This feature is being rolled out gradually).
4. Displaying Artwork Descriptions and Notes on Your Website: Detailed descriptions and internal notes for your artworks can now be shown on your website! This allows you to share the background story, artwork details, or other essential information with visitors, providing deeper context for every piece.
5. "Send Inquiry" Button Under Artworks on Your Website: Thanks to our latest enhancement, visitors can now submit inquiries directly from individual artwork pages on your website! This significantly simplifies the inquiry process by allowing collectors to get in touch instantly about a specific piece, driving faster and more efficient sales.
6. System Improvements and Bug Fixes: Based on your feedback, we have resolved several minor and major bugs across the platform. Thanks to these behind-the-scenes fine-tunings, GalleryTool is now faster, more stable, and even more reliable—making your daily administrative tasks completely seamless.
